Netflix

1. Using a compatible web browser, go to the Telstra Offers Hub.  
2. Sign in using your Telstra ID
   • Need a new Telstra ID
3. Once you’ve signed in, you’ll be in the ‘My Offers’ page
4. Select Netflix offer
   • Please note: the offer only appears if you have an eligible service on your account
5. Select Redeem
6. You’ll be prompted to enter a One Time PIN before you can proceed (this verification code will be sent to the Telstra Account Holder)
7. You’ll be directed to Netflix to create an account, select a subscription plan (Basic, Standard or Premium) and complete the sign up process
8. Because you have chosen to sign up to Netflix via your Telstra ID, the payment method defaults to Telstra Billing (ie. the subscription amount is automatically added to your Telstra bill for payment) 
   • Changing your payment method from Telstra Billing to another payment method can only be done after signing up to Netflix. Visit the Netflix payment page once you have completed your subscription process.
9. Review and accept Netflix’s terms and conditions and you’re ready to start streaming.

1. Login to the My Telstra App with your Telstra ID
   • If you’ve Forgot your Telstra ID
2. Navigate to the Services tab and select your eligible service
3. Click on the Extras tab
4. Scroll down to the Entertainment section
5. Click on the Netflix tile
6. Select the relevant offer and redeem it on your eligible service
7. You’ll be prompted to enter a One Time PIN before you can proceed (this verification code will be sent to the Telstra Account Holder)
8. You’ll be directed to the Netflix website to create an account, select a subscription plan (Basic, Standard or Premium) and complete the sign-up process
9. Because you have chosen to sign up to Netflix via the My Telstra app, the payment method defaults to Telstra Billing (ie. the subscription amount is automatically added to your Telstra bill for payment)
   • Changing your payment method from Telstra Billing to another payment method can only be done after signing up to Netflix. Visit the Netflix payment page once you have completed your subscription process.
10. Review and accept Netflix’s terms and conditions and you’re ready to start streaming.

1. Open the Netflix app on your Telstra TV 
   • If the app isn’t on your Telstra TV, you’ll need to add it in the App Store
2. Create an account, select a subscription plan (Basic, Standard or Premium) and complete the sign-up process
3. Because you have chosen to sign up to Netflix via Telstra TV, the payment method defaults to Telstra Billing (ie. the subscription amount is automatically added to your Telstra bill for payment)
   •  Changing your payment method from Telstra Billing to another payment method to can only be done after signing up to Netflix. Visit the Netflix payment page once you have completed your subscription process.
4. Review and accept Netflix’s terms and conditions and you’re ready to start streaming.

Your Netflix subscription is a no-lock in contract, so you're able to cancel and re-join whenever you like.  If you cancel your subscription, you can continue to enjoy Netflix until the end of your current billing month. Please visit your Netflix Account page for details on your Netflix billing cycle.

Cancelling my Netflix subscription via web browser

1. Sign into Netflix via a web browser
   • Forgotten your Netflix login details?  
2. Open Menu and select My Account
3. Select Cancel Membership in the Membership and Billing section
4. Click Finish Cancellation to confirm cancellation

Cancelling Telstra billing via Web and Telstra My Telstra

To stop your Netflix subscription from appearing on your Telstra bill, you can follow the steps below. You can do these steps even if you have forgotten your Netflix account log-in details.

Please note that cancelling this way only cancels your billing payment method via your Telstra bill, it does not cancel your subscription to Netflix at the same time.

Once you have cancelled your payment method with Telstra, you will be contacted by Netflix to update your payment method in order to continue your subscription. If you choose not to do this, your subscription will be cancelled, and you will lose access to Netflix.

1. If you are using the web and using a compatible web browser, go to the Telstra Offers Hub 
   • If you are using My Telstra, you can start at the next step.
2. Sign into My Telstra using your Telstra ID.
   •  Forgot your Telstra ID details?
3. Once you’ve signed in, you’ll be in the ‘My Offers’ section of My Telstra
4. Select Manage on your Netflix subscription
5. Select Cancel
6. Confirm  cancellation
   • Note: that by clicking Cancel Telstra will no longer bill you for Netflix as you have removed Telstra as you preferred method of payment for this subscription. This change will be reflected on your Telstra bill. Alternatively, you can change your payment method
