What happens next?

  1. Modem delivery

    Once your order is processed, allow up to 3 days' delivery for metro areas, and up to 7 days for regional areas.
  2. Connect to 4G

    Plug in the Telstra Smart modem yourself and you'll be connected to 4G internet out of the box, if you're in a 4G coverage area.
  3. nbn installation

    Based on your address, you may need an nbn appointment. If its needed, we'll let you know your booking time - you can change it to a time that works for you.
  4. Connect to nbn

    Your modem will switch from 4G back-up internet to your nbn internet connection. We'll let you know once this is complete.
